Lifespan Medical Personnel, Inc is owned and operated by nurses: Rosee Warner, RN/CEO & Cheli Martinez, RN, BSN/CFO. Together, we strive to provide Berks Co. and surrounding areas with excellent RNs, LPNs, CNAs & NAs for supplemental staffing. Our team consists of well-seasoned, courteous and professional nurses who’ve given Lifespan it’s unparalleled reputation with our clients. We are both proud of and grateful for the exceptional dedication our employees exhibit as Healthcare Providers.
Our Personnel
Our nurses are ceritified, bonded and insured. Every employee has passed credential checks, health certifications, a 10 panel DOT drug screen and criminal background checks. We require a minimum of one year experience for non-licensed personnel and a minimum of two years for our licensed nurses. We perform nurse testing through Prophecy (formally known as Nurse Testing) to determine their skill level and qualifications in their specific fields.
Availability
Lifespan Medical provides 24 hour, 7 days per week, live on-call support for our clients. This ensures no 3rd party call will lose important information or waste crucial time in filling your immediate staffing needs. It is also our practice to contact you back within the hour of your call/emailed request informing you of filled shifts and updated status.
